Pratha Sardin gulung

Salam pagi. 1st day of school holidays.Feel a bit weird because normally both of my princess will be at home too during school holidays.But now my 1st princes is working(doing practical) and the 2nd one is having classes. So just feel like not enough member at home.Thinking of what to cook for breakfast for the 2 lalings in the house. I've found 3 pieces of pratha in the ice box and came out with this simple sardine roll which is quite nice for morning coffee.See the recipe ya.....


* 3 keping pratha dipotong 2 ( jenama kawan)
* 1 keping ikan sardin
* Sedikit potongan bawang besar(boleh masukkan cili jika suka)
* sedikit garam dan lada sulah
* Minyak masak untuk deep fry
Cara membuatnya.
1- Hancurkan sardin.Masukan bawang ,garam dan lada sulah.gaul rata(boleh juga ditumis sekejap jika suka).
2-Potong setiap prata kepada 2 bahagian. Letakkan sardin pada bahagian yang dipotong dan gulung kemas roti pratha.Tutup kedua-dua hujung setiap pratha.
3- Panaskan minyak secukupnya dan goreng pratha dengan api perlahan hingga garing.Hidang bersama coffee masa panas-panas.u...la...la.... sedap.
