Marble Cheese Cake

Salam to all.I baked this cheese cake last Sunday. Most of the food blogger already made this,so i thought why not trying,at the same time the announcement came to the kitchen that we are going to make a trip to (UiTM)Puncak Alam as my 2nd princess is going to be doing her part 5 course there in September (My laling taught we might as well go and check out the place). So nak cepat la ni...don't really bother about the marble effect, as long as the cake is cook in time.Thats the reason why the marble doesn't really looked like a marble but the taste is still marbeles.......from puncak alam we drove down to kuala selangor to see the..... monkeys!!!!! at bukit melawati. Little laling (Hana) is having fun of course, and the 2 chair.... chair...Em..Em oh no....... monkey.............!mama........


                                    lupa nak ambil gambar cake yang dah dipotong so crop saja gambar yang besar tu.

Bahan-bahan lapisan cake :
* 250g butter
* 1 cwn serbuk koko
* 3 biji telur gred B
* 1 1/2 cwn gula castor
* 1/2 cwn susu cair (P.Ros guna fresh milk)
* 1 1/2 cwn tepung gandum *Ayak dgn BP & SB
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1 tsp soda bikarbonate
*1 tsp esen vanilla

Cara-cara:

1. Cairkan butter dengan api sederhana dan masukkan serbuk koko, kacau rata.

2. Pukul gula dan telur hingga sebati . Masukkan ke dalam adunan butter+koko. Kacau sebati.
3. Masukkan susu dan kacau lagi hingga semua bahan sebati.
4. Masukkan tepung yang di campur baking powder dan baking soda sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikacau hingga sebati. Akhir sekali, masukkan esen vanilla dan kacau rata.
5. Panaskan oven pada suhu 175 C. Alas loyang 10" x 10" dgn grease proof paper. Biar kertas berjuntai pada dua belah yang bertentangan supaya mudah mengeluarkan cake atau guna mangkuk kaca pyrex.

6. Tuang adunan cake ke dalam loyang dan ratakan. Tinggalkan sedikit untuk membuat marble di atas lapisan cheese nanti.
7. Bakar selama 20 minit.

8. Keluarkan kek dari owen dan biarkan selama 5 minit.Tuangkan adunan cheese keatas kek dan ratakan.Paipkan baki adunan coklat keatasnya dan lorekkan corak mengikut citarasa .Bakar lagi selama 15 minit atau lapisan cheese kelihatan masak dan kering.Sejukkan sebelum dipotong.

Bahan-bahan lapisan cheese:
250g cream cheese
1 cwn gula castor (P.Ros guna 4 sudu besar icing sugar- sebab gula castor dah habis)
1 biji telur gred B

Cara-cara:
1. Pukul cream cheese hingga gebu.
2. Masukkan gula pukul lagi dan masukkan telur.Pukul hingga semua bahan sebati dan smooth.
