Prata sardin Puff

Morning everyone.Ini adalah N3 yang didelayedkan almost 1 week already.Puan Ros balik kampung (Kelantan) for raya korban .After spending 5 days at my mum's house we took a drive for cuti-cuti Malaysia di east coast.Dah lama tak pergi keTrengganu dan Pahang.Suprisingly Sepatutnya kat east coast ni musim tengkujuh tapi cuacanya panas terik dan pantai pun ombaknya tak setinggi gunung. Maybe the weather know that we are coming... (Puan Ros is on the way)hi hi hi.  Alhamdulillah.....We spend 1 night in K.Trengganu and 1 night in Kuantan. My 3 princess and the cousin enjoyed themselves taking a boat ride in Trengganu and me....mesti la shopping at pasar payang , and makan-makan along the way to kuantan.Hana had fun taking a night walked along the beach at Teluk Cempedak.We also took her to Kuantan mini zoo.This is surely a fun short holidays for all of us.
Puff ni Puan Ros masak for breakfast before we left for kampung.My laling (Mr. hubby) said "bungkus and makan dalam kereta boleh?" Ok.......makan kat mana pun boleh janji habis. Jom tengok resipi yang sangat senang dimasak ni ya.


Bahan-bahannya
1 packet roti prata (Frozen)
1 tin besar sardin
1/2 labu bawang besar dipotong dadu
1/2 biji clili merah / 2 biji cili padi dipotong kecil
secubit garan dan sedikit lada putih
1 biji kuning telur


Cara memasak
1- Setiap keping roti prata dipotong dua
2- Sardine dihancurkan.Masukkan bawang dan cili padi gaul rata.
3- Masukkan garam dan lada putih(ikut citarasa sendiri).
4- Letakkan sardin ditengah-tengah roti prata dan lipat menjadi bentuk 3 segi.Tekan keliling mengunakan garpu.
5-Sapukan kuning telur dan bakar selama 20-25 minit dalam oven 180c atau sehingga puff kekuninggan.
