* 20 ladys fingers (I used 10 only)
* 50 grm sugar
*100 grm red chillies(! used dried chillies + red chillies)
* 60 grm shallots
* 30 grm garlic
* 60 grm dried shrimps ( I used udang kering kepal)
* 1 tbsp belacan (I skipped this one)
* salt to taste
1- Stir fry ingredients B with sugar and 1/2 cup oil over medium heat until it forms a paste.
2- Put 1 1/2 litres of water and 1 tbsp oil in pot,bring to boil.Add in lady's fingers to cook.Remove and soak in cold water.
3- Cut a line on lady's fingers ,remove seeds and stuff in sambal.
Tip: Soak lady's finger in cold water to preserve the colour.
