Sandwich cream crackers sardin goreng

Salam pagi . This recipe came just at the right time to my kitchen. Hana forced me to buy a tin of cream crackers when we went to giant last few days. After she ate a few pieces I have no idea of what to do with it because the two princess and laling don't really fancy the cream crackers.I"v found this recipe kat dapur Along Roz.Thanks Roz for sharing this recipe.But..................................... my laling still not very fond of the cream crackers tapi dia hentam 2 keping sandwich tu, and he asked, mama can you try with tuna next time? Sabor aja lah..................................Hello...laling esok masak breakfast sendiri boleh?????????????????

Bahan-bahannya
Biskut Cream Cracker
1/2 biji Bawang Besar - potong dadu 
1 tin kecil Sardin - hancurkan
2 sb Cili Mesin (Tak ada so kita guna serbuk kari)
1/2 biji Limau Kasturi
3 sb Tepung Beras (Tak ada so Puan Ros guna tepung jagung)
3 sb Tepung Gandum
1/4 st Serbuk Kunyit
Garam

Cara memasak
1. Tumis bwg besar dlm sedikit minyak.
Masukkan rempah kari dan masak sebentar sehingga wangi.
Masukkan  sardin.
Masukkan garam dan perahkan limau & tutup api.
2. Sapukan inti sardin ke atas cream cracker dan lapis dgn 1 keping cream crackers lagi
Buat sampai inti sardin habis di gunakan.
3. Dalam bekas lain,satukan tepung gandum,tepung jagung, kunyit serbuk, garam & air seperti adunan tepung pisang goreng.

4. Panaskan minyak yg banyak untuk menggoreng.

Celupkan cream creakers kedlm adunan tepung dan goreng sehingga kekuningan dan ranggup.
Angkat, toskan dan potong bentuk segitiga.
