peria & arrowhead goreng ranggup (kerepek)

Salam petang semua.2 jenis gorengan makanan yang represent 2 bangsa.Peria goreng is my whole family favorite whenever we go for banana leave rice for dinner or lunch at Indian rest.1 of the must order dishes . Arrowhead is something that you can find in Chinese recipe.Since Chinese new year is just around the corner I'am searching for some chinese recipe and found this in a few food blog.I've decided to give it a try and it's realy yummy  as a titbit. This is why we can called ourselves  1Malaysia nation.Enjoy each other food..... and appreciate each other culture.... Peace to all!

Peria goreng
1/2 batang peria
4 sudu besar tepung jagung 
2 sudu besar tepung gandum
1 1/2 sudu besar rempah kari (boleh tambah cili powder jika mahu)
1/2 sudu kecil garam
1/2 cawan air
Cara memasak
1- Potong peria nipis-nipis dan rendan didalam air garam dlm setengah jam.Tos dan keringkan
2- Masukkan tepung jagung ,tepung gandum,rempah kari dan garam dalam sebiji mangkuk.Masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit sehinnga menjadi adunan seperti membuat lempeng.
3- Panaskan minyak secukupnya untuk mengoreng.Guna sudu untuk memasukkan peria kedalam minyak  panas sekeping demi sekeping. Goreng hingga garing.


Kerepek arrowhead
1- Arowhead yang di kupas kulitnya.Suka masing-masing berapa biji nak buat.
2- Basuh bersih dan potong nipis-nipis.
3-Panaskan minyak dan gorenglah kerepek hingga garing.Angkat dan toskan minyaknya.Tabur sedikit garam kedalam kerepek. Sedia untuk dimakan.
