Cappuccino Cheesy Butter Cake

Salam pagi minggu.Pagi-pagi kita bangun untuk buat sebiji kek sempena harijadi my 1st princess.Actually untuk anak-anak dara yang dah besar panjang ni bila buat kek yang bestnya tak payah nak pikir pasal deco dan cream apa nak guna sebab they are not intrested in all that.Yang penting perisanya,dan yang sorang ni memang coffee lover.So I choosed to baked cappucinno cheese cake.Resepi yang sama dgn chessy butter cake cuma ditambahkan cappuccino dan taburan cooking coklat. Resepi yang diulang tayang ni ya!
We are going for dimsum today as requested by b-day girl.So got to go.More pictures will be upload after she cut the cake ok.....chow-chow...

 CAPPUCCINO CHEESY BUTTER CAKE
Ingredients :~
250gm cream cheese ~ room temp
150gm butter ~ room temp
250gm plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
220-250gm caster sugar
1 1/2 tb spoon full cappuccinno emulco
4 grade A eggs

Enough cooking chocolate to sprinkle on batter
Method :~
Whisk plain flour and baking powder together.
In a mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and caster sugar until creamy. Add eggs one by one, beat until well incorporated and add in the cappuccino emulco
Fold in flour and mix until well combined and pour into a greased and lined cake tin.Sprinkle the crumble cooking chocolate as much as you want.
Bake at 160°C for 45-50 minutes (oven settings may vary).
Once baked, allow to cool on wire rack.

    sorry ya kita lamabt tiba dapur kak ros, maklum ler busy woman..heheh
    happy belated birthday to anak dara kak ros tu ya..semuag dipanajangkan usia dimurahlkan rezeki dan berbhagia di dunia dan akhirat insyaallah..

    kak ros nak tanya ni..lemon zest & lemon juice dalam kek tu nak kena letak berapa banyak ya?..as for this capuccino cake, must we still put the lemon zest & lemon juice tu ke?.

    1. Ayu sorry,seharian kak ros pun tak tengok blog.Now little laling gi swimming dgn papa dia dapat la duduk depan lapy kejap.
      Lemon juz tu kak ros letak satu sudut besar dan lemon zest dalam 1 sudu kecik je.Untuk cappuccino cheese cake tu dah tak payah letak lemon juice sebab dah ganti dengan cappuccino emulco.
